I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992 and hold Mississippi and Louisiana insurance licenses for life and health industry products.

I have been married to Rona Blalock Culotta since 1991, and we have five children: Kaileigh, Kelsey, Cameron, Colby, and Cory. Before we were married, Rona served as a missionary for a year and a half in Osaka, Japan, and I served as a missionary for two years in the Canary Islands.
